Psychotherapy for Women

Soothing the mind, supporting the journey

You're holding it all together — or at least that's what it looks like from the outside. Inside, your mind is working overtime. Worrying. Perfecting. Rehearsing. You're so busy managing everything that you've stopped actually living your life.

Or maybe your 40s have arrived and something feels off. Anxiety that used to be manageable isn’t anymore, sleep is a struggle, a body that isn’t cooperating. Perimenopause has arrived and the strategies that used to keep everything running smoothly are being challenged.

Either way, you're exhausted. And you deserve more than just coping.

How I Work

I offer a space where you can finally stop performing. Some women need practical tools to quiet the noise. Others need to understand why their mind works the way it does. Whatever brings you here, we'll figure out what you need and build from there.

I know what it is to be the woman who has it together on the outside. I didn’t just study anxiety, postpartum anxiety, and perimenopause. I lived them. You don't have to give up your high standards to find peace. You don't have to choose between being driven and feeling calm. I help high-functioning women in Whitby and across Ontario find both.
